You enter a bright open office where your colleagues are preparing client presentations and creating value for UserTribe’s more than 550 clients. Everybody looks up and greets you with a ‘good morning’. You open your computer, check your emails and get up for a cup of fresh coffee before the first client meeting.
We are located in the heart of Copenhagen, just behind Magasin du Nord at Bremerholm 4, 3rd floor, close to the metro and in an area where an after-work glass of wine with your colleagues is just few meters away.

Meet your new colleagues

A team of 4 Engagement Managers and 3 Client Advisors are your new closest colleagues. All together we are about 25 people sharing the bright open office space at Bremerholm. Like your colleagues, you will get an exciting and challenging work day. In co-creation with the Client Advisor team, you will build and maintain valuable relationships with new and current clients.

“As the Engagement Manager you have the vital role of being the point of contact for clients. Both for new bizz clients and current clients.” Mette, Engagement Manager, explains.

As an Engagement Manager you are the first person that a potential new client meets and thus you need to develop a firm understanding of the service framework that UserTribe delivers. At the same time, in order to create the most value for our clients the communication and collaboration with Client Advisors, to unfold the massive potential inside an organization, is vital. Jesper emphasizes:

“As an Engagement Manager you have to be really good at building relationships inside an organization. The collaboration with the Client Advisor’s is valuable. They are good at mapping the potentials inside an organization. Then it is my responsibility to go out and form the relationships and close the deals.”

Business understanding and a passion for sales

The Sales team is supported by a telemarketing bureau to book new bizz meetings and it is thus primarily the Engagement Manager’s role to build relationships, maintain these and close order. Your high level of business understanding allows you to discover potentials with new clients at the first meeting as well as your highly developed sales skill set you apart on closing deals.

  • Motivated by delivering good service and advise.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
  • Independent, committed, dedicated and structured.
  • Adaptable and can thrive in an innovative environment.
  • Equipped with business sense and can work from business cases.
  • Be fluent (written and spoken) in Danish and English.

If you, in addition to this, have a rich experience from a similar job (at least 5 years of experience in a similar position) you can look forward to a position where you will work with some of the largest Danish and International companies.
